Last Updated: May 22, 2026
By placing an order through our Store, operated by Tarterry LLC, doing business as Tarberry ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions of Sale. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
1. Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are listed in USD and do not include shipping or applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Full payment is required at checkout through the secure payment methods provided on our website.
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to errors in pricing, availability, or suspected fraud.
2. Shipping & Delivery
We ship within the United States only. Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on the shipping method selected and order volume. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
3. Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Custom or personalized items are made specifically for you and are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless the item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or the personalization was completed incorrectly due to our error.
Please double-check all custom details before submitting your order. Changes or cancellations to personalized orders can only be made within 24 hour of placement. After this time, your order will have entered production and no modifications can be made.
4. Returns & Refunds
Please see our Returns & Exchanges Policy for full details on eligibility, timing, and instructions.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
5. Product Information
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and measurements are accurate. However, minor variations may occur due to the handmade nature of our products.
We also strive to represent the color of each item as accurately as possible. Please note that actual colors may vary due to several factors, including:
- The natural characteristics of leather – no two pieces are exactly the same in shade or grain.
- Leather naturally darkens and develops a patina over time.
- Individual screen settings and display calibration.
- Lighting conditions during product photography.
- Personal perception of color, which can vary from person to person.
Please also note that we work exclusively with natural materials, which means that some variation is to be expected:
- Vegetable-tanned leather items may vary slightly in texture compared to the product images. This leather is dense and firm, developing a rich patina over time with use. Some pieces may display slight variations in grain or natural marks — these are an inherent characteristic of the hide and are not considered defects.
- Crazy Horse leather items may also have unique surface characteristics that differ from the photos. These can include natural imperfections like scuffs or small wrinkles — all of which are due to the anatomical properties of the hide. Please be aware that Crazy Horse leather develops patina easily and is prone to scratching. This is not a flaw but a signature feature of its natural, rugged beauty.
- Pebbled leather items feature a distinctive embossed grain texture that is retained even after prolonged use. Due to the natural origin of the hide, some pieces may display slight variations in grain pattern or occasional natural marks — these are an inherent characteristic of the material and are not considered defects. This leather is lightweight, flexible, and pleasant to the touch. It is also highly resistant to moisture, and most surface dirt can be easily wiped off with a damp cloth.
- Suede items are crafted from the top split layer of full-grain cowhide, softly buffed to achieve a smooth, velvety finish. Please be aware that suede is more sensitive to moisture and dirt than smooth leather. Our suede features an additional protective treatment that prevents color transfer to other surfaces or fabrics, making it particularly well-suited for everyday use.
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida and the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
