This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through our Store, operated by Tarterry LLC, doing business as Tarberry ("we," "us," or "our").
We are committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and reliably. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping options, timeframes, and procedures for all orders shipped within the United States.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Processing time applies to both standard and personalized items, as all orders are fulfilled in the order they are received.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping transit time.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
2. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all US orders over $149. For orders below this threshold, shipping rates start from $5.00 and are calculated based on your location, selected shipping method, and order weight.
3. Shipping Carriers & Options
We currently ship via USPS. The following shipping methods are available at checkout:
- USPS Ground Advantage — starting from $5.00 / estimated 2–5 business days transit
- USPS Priority Mail — starting from $12.00 / estimated 2–3 business days transit
Please note that transit time does not include order processing time of 2–3 business days.
We are continuously working to expand our shipping options. If you have specific delivery requirements, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
4. Address Accuracy and Delivery Responsibility
It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address at the time of purchase. Delivery addresses can only be changed prior to dispatch.
If a package is undeliverable due to incorrect address information, refusal upon delivery, or absence of a recipient, we reserve the right to either:
- Reship the item to you for an additional shipping fee, or
- Issue a partial refund, excluding the original shipping cost – this applies only to non-personalized items.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, including in cases where delivery is unsuccessful due to customer error or refusal.
5. Delays and Exceptions
While we strive to ensure prompt delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to:
- Carrier disruptions
- Weather conditions
- Holidays or peak seasonal demand
- Inaccurate shipping information
We encourage you to consider these factors, especially for time-sensitive or gift orders.
6. Damaged Orders
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged in transit, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. In such cases:
- We will cover the full cost of return shipping.
- You may choose between a replacement, an exchange, or a full refund – including original shipping fees.
Please include a description of the issue and, where possible, photos of the item when contacting us.
7. Delivery Issues
If your tracking information indicates that your order has been delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us and we will help you resolve the issue. You may also want to:
- Check with your neighbors, building staff, or other nearby locations where the package may have been left.
- Reach out to the shipping carrier directly for additional details on your delivery.
